Michael’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, and medical malpractice disputes. Michael has handled all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial process through appeal. He has obtained favorable results for his clients through mediation, dispositive motion practice, arbitration, and appeals.

As a law student, Michael was a member of the University of Utah’s Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, receiving the best brief award in the Intermountain Region in 2019. Michael also served as a Note & Comment Editor on the S.J. Quinney Law Review, was a Fellow for the Stegner Research Center, and received several CALI and Outstanding Achievement Awards for receiving the highest grade in a course. During law school, Michael served as an intern for Justice Constandinos Himonas at the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Scott Matheson at the Tenth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
