Beau is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex commercial, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and has successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeal. In 2018, he received the Trial Lawyer of the Year award from the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
Beau received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, graduating cum laude. He received his J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at Hastings, he was a member of the Moot Court Team and the Constitutional Law Quarterly, and he received numerous Witkin Awards for achieving the highest grade in a course. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the Thurston Honor Society at Hastings.
Since 2013, Beau has been regularly selected for inclusion on the “Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars” list, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of the lawyers in Northern California. He has served on Board of Directors of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and he is a former board member of the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, a non-profit providing free and low-cost legal services to people with HIV/AIDS in the San Francisco Bay Area.
